Human Resources Business Partner

We're hiring for a HR Business Partner! 💚

This is a benefits-eligible, 32-hour-per-week position, typically worked over four days.

This position serves as a trusted coach and strategic partner to museum leadership and employees, helping foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace. In addition to leading core human resources functions, the HRBP partners closely with managers to strengthen leadership capability, coach through complex employee situations, facilitate organizational change, and build a culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration.

As the Henry prepares to celebrate its Centennial in 2027, this role offers an exciting opportunity to help strengthen the museum's people practices and organizational culture during an important chapter in the institution's history.
