HireLiving Inc. is a nonprofit employment agency dedicated to empowering employment and strengthening communities. Through our Kids Motel Ministry, we serve children and families living in local motels by providing faith based outreach, resources, and support. As our ministry rapidly grows, we are expanding our donor base and community partnerships to sustain and scale this impact.
We are seeking a Ministry Marketing Coordinator who is a strong storyteller, relationship builder, and digital communicator. This individual will lead our donor communication strategy, grow our supporter base, and elevate awareness of our mission across Gwinnett County and beyond. This is a leadership role with the opportunity to contribute to long term strategy, donor development, and potential board involvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email campaigns using Substack to grow donor engagement and recurring giving
- Build and maintain a consistent donor communication cadence
- Create compelling storytelling content that reflects the ministry’s impact
- Write powerful, faith centered stories highlighting children, families, and ministry outcomes
- Translate on the ground ministry experiences into donor ready content
- Capture and communicate the mission in a way that inspires giving and partnership
Partnerships and Outreach
- Identify and engage local businesses, churches, and community leaders in Gwinnett County
- Develop sponsorship and partnership opportunities
- Assist in building relationships that lead to funding and long term collaboration
Leadership and Strategy
- Contribute to donor growth strategy and funding initiatives
- Support development of sponsorship packages and outreach materials
- Potential pathway to board participation based on performance and alignment
Qualifications
- Experience using Substack for email marketing and audience growth
- Strong storytelling ability with a passion for faith based outreach
- Proven experience in marketing, branding, or nonprofit communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to connect emotionally with audiences and inspire action
- Experience with donor engagement, fundraising, or nonprofit development preferred
