Asian Pacific Fund is seeking a full-time Community Initiatives & Grantmaking Manager to implement our capacity building and systems change work, lead our scholarship programs and manage our grants logistics and administration. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional, passionate about ensuring that all AANHPIs in the Bay thrive. They will be proactive, solve problems effectively and excel at building systems and manage community-facing projects.

About the Role
The Community Initiatives & Grantmaking Manager supports the implementation and administration of our programs and grants, in alignment with our impact strategy. This is a hybrid position based in the Bay Area. This position requires occasional travel within California for meetings, team retreats and organizational events. Candidates must be able to work weekday hours, and should have previously demonstrated experience and comfort with remote work. We are open to individual candidates who have at least 3+ years of program management or grantmaking experience.
Required Qualifications (the must-haves)
Knowledge of our programs or prior experience in grantmaking is preferred but not required.
