Community Programs Manager

Shreveport Green is looking for a Community Programs Manager (CPM) to help lead some of our most beloved and impactful programs. This role is at the heart of our mission and touches every corner of our work.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead community outreach across diverse neighborhoods

• Deliver environmental education to all ages

• Organize and guide regular litter cleanup events

• Plan and facilitate community events

• Manage waste-reduction and sustainability programs

• Coordinate and lead tree plantings and distributions

• Write and manage grants - from project design to completion

• Build partnerships, make connections, and engage people from all walks of life
