SFCLT is a nonprofit dedicated to creating permanently affordable housing for low-to-moderate-income people through community ownership of the land.
Guided by the principles of anti-displacement and racial justice, SFCLT stabilizes neighborhoods, and creates greater access to housing and homeownership opportunities with a focus on BIPOC communities historically excluded from wealth-building and homeownership opportunities.
SFCLT currently owns and operates 17 permanently affordable properties throughout San Francisco, including Chinatown, the Mission, the Tenderloin, the Richmond, South of Market, and Russian Hill. 73% of our residents are below 80% AMI and 50% below 60% AMI. The 250 residents living currently in our 170 units of housing represent a diversity of races and ethnicities with 70% of our residents identifying as BIPOC.
The Resident Support Coordinator (RSC) supports resident stability, well-being, and access to services across our housing portfolio, with a primary focus on rental buildings. This is a highly resident-facing role that combines direct resident support, service coordination, and cross-team collaboration.
The RSC is the primary point of contact for rental residents, assisting with housing processes, connecting them to resources and providing guidance during moments of transition or crisis. This role is part of the Resident Engagement team and works closely with Asset Management and other departments to ensure residents receive coordinated, clear, and compassionate support.
