Descrição
Social Services Director is responsible to define, implement direction, goals and objectives of Social Service Department; including but not limited to, Programming of Life Skills, Cultural Exposure Trips, social service and graduate program. Social Service Director is responsible for all social service staff.
- Minimum level education LCSW (licensed in Illinois), Master’s Degree preferred
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check criteria
- Trained in Diversity and Inclusion
- Minimum 2 years of Social Service experience
