    ✅ 1. Director of Partnership and Fundraising (Virtual/Hybrid)

    Reports to: Founder/Executive Director

    Core Duties:

    • Identify and pursue grant and funding opportunities
    • Develop proposals and pitch presentations
    • Build and maintain donor, foundation, and corporate relationships
    • Maintain a funding pipeline and calendar
    • Develop strategic fundraising campaigns (online + offline)
    • Preferred Background:
    • Grant writing or NGO fundraising
    • Strong communication and proposal skills
    • Familiar with international development funders

    ✅ 2. Monitoring and Evaluation (Onsite – Kwara-based preferred)

    Reports to: Programmes Lead

    Core Duties:

    • Design M&E tools and data collection systems
    • Train field staff on use of tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, Google Forms)
    • Track indicators aligned to project goals and SDGs
    • Produce periodic M&E reports and insights
    • Coordinate data audits and community feedback
    • Preferred Background:
    • M&E experience in NGO or development sector
    • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
    • Lives in or can travel frequently to Kwara State

    ✅ 3. Programmes Officer / Director of Rural Programmes (Onsite)

    Reports to: Lead Programmes Officer

    Core Duties:

    • Implement community outreach programs in rural areas
    • Supervise skill-building and livelihood workshops
    • Liaise with local leaders and partner CSOs
    • Coordinate logistics for bootcamps and trainings
    • Preferred Background:
    • Community engagement experience
    • Familiarity with rural development in Kwara/North Central
    • Hausa/Yoruba fluency is a plus

    ✅ 4. Director for Curriculum and Planning (Virtual or Hybrid)

    Reports to: Programmes Lead

    Core Duties:

    • Develop lesson plans and curriculum for fellowships, bootcamps, innovation labs
    • Adapt content for different age groups and digital platforms
    • Coordinate training resources and facilitator guides
    • Review and revise based on feedback and assessments
    • Preferred Background:
    • Education, instructional design, or youth training
    • Knowledge of SDGs and youth development topics
    • Strong content writing and layout skills

    ✅ 5. Media Team Members (Virtual & Onsite options)

    Reports to: Head of Media

    Core Duties:

    • Create engaging content for social media, website, and reports
    • Support video and photo documentation during field activities
    • Draft press releases and outreach emails
    • Manage consistent storytelling aligned with YAGYDI’s brand
    • Preferred Background:
    • Media, communication, or journalism
    • Photo/video editing, Canva, social media management
    • Passion for youth and development stories

    ✅ 6. Volunteer Engagement Lead (Virtual or Hybrid)

    Reports to: Executive Director

    Core Duties:

    • Recruit, onboard, and coordinate volunteers
    • Host volunteer info sessions and welcome calls
    • Track participation and manage support needs
    • Celebrate and retain active volunteers
    • Preferred Background:
    • HR, community organizing, or volunteer management
    • Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
    • Organized and responsive

    ✅ 7. Bootcamp Training Director (Onsite with some virtual support)

    Reports to: Lead Programmes Officer

    Core Duties:

    • Design and run leadership bootcamps and public speaking sessions
    • Train facilitators and prepare activity materials
    • Monitor participant engagement and outcomes
    • Document lessons learned for each cohort
    • Preferred Background:
    • Experience running youth training or leadership events
    • Strong facilitation and coaching skills
    • Based in Kwara or willing to travel for field events

    ✅ 8. Coordinator for Special Projects (Virtual/Onsite hybrid)

    Reports to: Founder or Programmes Lead

    Core Duties:

    • Manage short-term pilots or thematic campaigns (e.g., gender, climate, research)
    • Develop quick implementation plans and coordinate delivery
    • Track progress and report outcomes
    • Liaise with specialists and partners for input
    • Preferred Background:
    • Project management or NGO experience
    • Comfortable managing new ideas and fast-moving timelines
    • Can adapt across themes (education, health, environment)

    ✅ 9. Finance Officer (Virtual or Onsite)

    Reports to: Executive Director

    Core Duties:

    • Prepare budgets, track expenses, and report monthly cash flow
    • Ensure transparency and compliance with donor requirements
    • Work with program leads to align budgets to activities
    • Maintain proper records and receipts of all transactions
    • Preferred Background:
    • Basic accounting or finance training/experience
    • Familiarity with Excel, QuickBooks, or NGO finance software
    • Detail-oriented and trustworthy
