IUAPR is seeking a visionary and relationship-driven Executive Director to lead our next phase of organizational growth and impact. The Executive Director will be responsible for strategic leadership across all divisions, resource management, financial sustainability, program development, fundraising management, and community engagement. This is a U.S.-based position reporting directly to the Board of Trustees. Applicants should be legally authorized to work in the United States and located in a major metropolitan area. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in justice-oriented work, nonprofit leadership, coalition-building, and transformative fundraising.

The Institute for the Understanding of Anti-Palestinian Racism consists of researchers, physicians, psychologists, and legal, anti-racist and communication experts who are committed to empirically researching, educating and advocating on the impact of anti-Palestinian racism on individuals and communities across all sectors of society.
