Dear applicant,
We are honored that you are considering partnering with us at ADE and with our work to provide sustainable development in marginalized communities without the standard NGO model of support raising. We believe our model encourages deeper community involvement and buy as staff live and work with their hands to provide for their livelihood as well as for funding our many community development projects. In other words, by default we are sustainable because we are not dependent upon support or outside resources for what we do. We believe this model is reproducible and impactful and are excited to see it grow across many communities globally empowering local leadership and development.
We are a faith based Christian organization that have developed our critique on development based on Scripture. We see God's Word through the Bible as incredibly relevant in modern day issues on development, sustainability, conservation, education, leadership, and empowerment. It would be our pleasure to share what we have learned over two decades of service and development.
