Job Title: Mobile Wellness Clinic Driver

Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Pay: $20–$24/hour in metro Atlanta counties; $22–$26/hour for rural Georgia routes

Position Summary

I Will Survive, Inc. is recruiting dependable, mission-driven drivers for our Mobile Wellness Clinic. This role is about more than transportation. It is about helping bring care, education, hope, and support directly into communities. The driver will safely operate the mobile unit, support event and clinic setup, help maintain a welcoming environment, and serve as a trusted front-line representative of our organization.

What You Will Do

• Safely drive the Mobile Wellness Clinic to community events, outreach sites, health fairs, and service locations
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of the vehicle
• Assist with setup and breakdown of basic clinic materials, supplies, tables, and outreach items
• Coordinate routes, arrival times, and schedules with staff
• Support the loading and unloading of materials and wellness supplies
• Keep mileage, maintenance, and trip logs accurate and up to date
• Communicate professionally with staff, partners, and community members
• Respond calmly to changes in weather, traffic, location needs, and event flow
• Help create a safe, respectful, and welcoming experience for patients, families, and guests

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable driving for extended periods in metro and rural areas
• Ability to lift and move supplies, typically up to 25–40 pounds
• Strong punctuality, professionalism, and communication skills
• Ability to work evenings, occasional weekends, and community events
• Experience driving larger vans, buses, sprinters, RV-style units, or mobile service vehicles preferred
• Experience in community outreach, patient transport, nonprofit events, or public health support preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
