CSW seeks a Business Development Manager to support its strategy teams’ fundraising efforts and drive organizational growth. This role coordinates strategic business development efforts, manages complex proposal and grant processes, strengthens development infrastructure, and cultivates relationships with funders, partners, and clients. Reporting to the President & CEO, the Business Development Manager will closely partner with directors and cross-team staff as a critical resource and thought partner, helping to identify opportunities, refine and implement team strategies, and align CSW’s products and services with field and funder priorities. The position requires strong project management, opportunity identification, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset, along with a solid understanding of workforce policy and practice at the national, regional, or community level. This role supports initiatives that advance CSW’s mission to reduce poverty, increase economic mobility for low-wage workers, and address racial disparities within the workforce system.
