Join us at FutureSense Foundation, a global development charity dedicated to creating long-term, sustainable impact in underserved communities. We're looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Country Manager to lead our team on the ground in Thailand.

What You’ll Do

As Country Manager, you’ll lead our local operations, manage impactful education, health and livelihoods programmes, and support groups of international students engaged in global citizenship and service-learning. You will play a vital role in community development, team leadership, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee all operations in-country.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local partners, stakeholders, and communities.
• Set out the annual strategic plan for the country and ensure programmes aligns with this.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programmes.
• Coordinate logistics and support incoming student groups, guiding them to contribute meaningfully to our development goals
• Manage in-country budgets, staffing, logistics, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, legal, risk and safety requirements.
• Be a champion of the organisational brands and propositions externally and internally.

Who You Are

You’re a changemaker with a global mindset and a strong background in community development, education, or youth work. You enjoy leading teams, managing logistics, and building cross-cultural relationships.

We’d love to see:

🔹 Experience in education, youth engagement, or NGO programming

🔹 Strong organisational, financial, and compliance management skills

🔹 Previous experience working abroad or with diverse cultures

🔹 Excellent communication and leadership skills

🔹 A passion for service learning and sustainable development
