Director of Development and Philanthropy (Fractional)

Save Sight Now is seeking an experienced development and major gifts leader to shape and execute our fundraising strategy during a critical growth phase. This fractional role partners closely with the Executive Director and Board to grow major donor support, recurring giving, and long-term philanthropic partnerships, while overseeing fundraising execution across events, sponsorships, and grants.

This is a hands-on, strategic role for a seasoned nonprofit fundraiser who enjoys working closely with founders, values flexibility, and wants to drive real impact in a mission-driven organization advancing treatments for a rare genetic disease.
