Data Consultant Contract

For the 2026 election cycle, Community Change Action (CCA) is seeking an

experienced and detail-oriented data consultant to help the organization, its

Electoral Team, and in-state partners leverage the power of low-income people,

especially low-income people of color, to have an impact on races up and down the

ballot. The person in this contract will be responsible for day-to-day management of

data and analytics in coordination with staff in multiple states. This role will provide

strategic advice in the development and execution of the program across tactics,

creation of reporting dashboards, ensure data pipelines enhance collaboration and

accountability, and partner with program staff to develop and measure against

quantitative program goals.
