The Senior Sales Manager reports to the Director of Marketing and Sales, and it is a full-time salaried position with an annualized salary range of $58,000 to $61,000 DOE. This position will lead the Museum’s sales team and efforts with a focus on developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Sales, the Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities, managing and growing existing accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team. This position plays a critical role in supporting the Museum’s mission by generating earned revenue through engaging and educational experiences.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in hospitality or group sales, strategic thinking, team leadership, and a passion for the role of play in early childhood development.
