Organisational Communications Toolkit (Templates and Digital Assets)

Background

Syrbanism communicates with partners, institutions, communities and the public across many day to day channels and formats. To keep this communication clear and consistent, Syrbanism is commissioning a set of reusable templates and digital assets that the team can apply itself, drawing on the organisation's visual style.

Objective

To design a practical organisational communications toolkit of reusable templates and digital assets, so that staff can produce consistent, professional materials in house without external design support for routine needs.

Scope of work and deliverables

• A presentation template system (master slide deck with reusable layouts) for the organisation.
• Editable document and report templates, together with letterhead and an email signature.
• A social media template kit (post and story formats) for the organisation's channels, with a small set of supporting digital assets.
• A one page organisational profile or capability sheet, designed and laid out.
• A short usage guide and editable source files for all of the above.

Note on scope

This assignment covers the organisation's day to day communications templates and digital assets. It does not include the website (designed and developed separately), publication production, or any project specific communication outputs, which are commissioned separately.

Required qualifications

• Strong template and communications design portfolio (presentations, documents, social media);
• Experience with bilingual Arabic and English layout;
• Ability to deliver editable templates and a clear usage guide that non designers can apply.

Timeline

The assignment is expected to be completed within approximately 60 to 90 days from contracting, against a schedule to be agreed.

Reporting, IP and confidentiality

The selected provider reports to the assignment lead at Syrbanism, and deliverables are subject to review and acceptance. All deliverables and the associated rights of use pass to Syrbanism on full payment, and the provider warrants the work is original and free of third party rights. The provider treats project information as confidential and handles any personal data in line with applicable data protection requirements.
