Position Summary
The Senior Project Director, Operations will report to the Chief Operating Officer. This position will play a critical role within the Operations department, collaborating with department members and internal stakeholders across the organization to ensure timely, collaborative, and cost-effective administration. The successful candidate will exercise a high degree of organization and skill in leading the development of systems, policies, and process improvements across the organization. They will provide support to AU's departments and ensure coordination and alignment in the implementation of operational protocols and procedures. The Senior Project Director, Operations will supervise the Operations Director.
The position is full-time, exempt and is based in Washington, DC, with the option to work from home up to four days per week.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $133,875-$160,650. This stated range includes a 5% locality pay adjustment for the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The successful candidate’s placement within that range will be consistent with AU’s compensation framework, which is based on years of related experience.
