As a Coach, you will provide proactive, hands-on mentorship to a cohort of 10 emerging leaders (ages 25–45). You will support them as they design, execute, and report on community-based initiatives leveraging intercultural dialogue and exploring the opportunities and challenges of AI.

    • Project & Proposal Support: Guide leaders through project design, proposal development, budget planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
    • Cohort Facilitation: Facilitate 7 virtual peer-exchange sessions to build strong inner-cohort dynamics, collaborative problem-solving, and community engagement.
    • Thematic Integration: Help leaders apply Intercultural Dialogue (ICD) tools and navigate ethical AI considerations in their projects.
    • First-Line Problem Solving: Act as the primary contact for cohort operational questions, resolving queries independently before escalating to MLI.
    • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain session logs, progress metrics, and evidence-based analytical reports in English using MLI tools.
    • Program Engagement: Participate in mandatory onboarding in early October 2026 and attend regular MLI coach coordination meetings.
