Role Overview: As the Communications Associate / Manager, you will be the creative storyteller and strategist responsible for designing and implementing a communication strategy aligned with organizational goals. You will bridge the gap between field-level outcomes and public perception, managing digital platforms, media relations, and donor communications to document and celebrate organizational impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Communications: Work closely with leadership to design and implement strategies that strengthen brand visibility across digital platforms, media, and public forums.
- Content Creation & Storytelling: Write, edit, and publish high-quality content, including impact stories, blogs, press releases, and reports, while documenting success stories from the field.
- Media & Public Relations: Manage media inquiries, coordinate interviews, and maintain detailed records of media coverage and communication analytics.
- Brand & Digital Presence: Strengthen and manage the website and social media channels using an editorial calendar and various design tools.
- Events & Outreach: Support the planning and communication for seminars, workshops, and press conferences to enhance organizational reputation.
- Fundraising Communication: Develop materials for donor outreach and assist in creating compelling content for CSR partnerships and philanthropic organizations.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
- Sector Expertise: 3–8 years of professional experience in communications, media, or journalism, with a preference for experience in NGOs or social impact initiatives.
- Proven Track Record: Experience in managing diverse communication projects or high-impact campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools; proficiency in design and publishing tools is an added advantage.

- Communication Mastery: Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills combined with strong verbal presentation abilities.
