    All fellows work at least 25 hours per week for a minimum of eight weeks.

    About the Position

    Our fellow will be a key part of a small and mighty team. Our fellows directly engage with the organization’s leadership and staff and participate in a variety of activities, including client meetings, training sessions, webinars, research, writing, creative and design, and web-based projects designed to enhance their professional skills. They will gain hands-on experience by directly participating in the many diverse activities and client work.

    Tasks for this project will include:

    • Conduct research to support training and resource materials
    • Develop training and resource materials through writing and creative design support
    • Support in developing social media content
    • Attend client intake meetings to support facilitation and offer recommendations for services.
    • Provide training assistance be it as a trainer facilitator or technical assistance to answer questions from participants during training sessions and webinars.
    • Support with tracking the status of client engagements.
    • Assist with conducting data analysis for reporting purposes.
    • Communicate with various clients and stakeholders on the status of service delivery.
    • Share resources with clients as needed.
    • Assist with coordination of rapid response inquiries.

    Fellows may also be asked to assist with day to day operations and other organization tasks as necessary, such as intake meetings, training assistance, content creation, and other tasks.

    Benefícios

    Eligibility: All undergraduate, master’s level, Ph.D., and J.D. students are eligible to apply. People are also eligible if they are a veteran or a recent college graduate within six months of graduation. Spanish language skills are a plus.
