We are early-stage social platform built to bring back real conversation. and we’re bringing on the first team to grow our presence outside the site. We’re pre-revenue, so this is a build-first role. No bots, no engagement bait. Just real people sharing real threads.
What you’ll do
You’ll run the public face of our Website on Twitter/X, Reddit, Discord, and TikTok/IG.
- Amplify the best: Pull 3-5 best threads from our website and turn them into posts that make people want to click through and join the conversation.
- Start conversations: Post original content that fits each platform. Think questions, takes, and clips that start debates, not just links.
- Engage & invite: Reply to comments, DM people who’d fit, and invite 5-10 qualified users/week to the site.
- Track what works: Note which posts drive signups and replies. Double down on that.
- Protect the vibe: Keep the tone human, curious, and anti-clout. Kill spam fast.
You’re a fit if you:
- Have run a Twitter, TikTok, Discord, or Reddit account with real engagement
- Can write like a person, not a brand. 1 good sentence beats 10 hashtags
- Care more about building community than chasing virality
- Are okay building before there’s revenue. Unpaid now, profit share only if/when we become profitable

- Flexible, async, remote
5-8 hrs/week. Post when your audience is online. No clock-watching.

When we hire and revenue starts, founding social media managers get first offer for paid, part-time roles.
- Learn real growth skills
Community-led growth, content repurposing, and trend analysis. Skills you can use at any startup, agency, or as a creator.
