      2. Identify relevant information on key global health issues (such as status of funding for services to people living with HIV, tuberculosis, maternal and child health, nutrition, family planning, malaria, and neglected tropical diseases) for potential inclusion on an internal web page for TSA territories to access information on the evolving status and forecasts regarding ODA from USG and other donor nations as well as key private donors (e.g. Gates)
      3. Conduct occasional semi-structured interviews with key informants in Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia and other places to gather information on on-the-ground impact of ODA cuts to TSA’s work.
      4. Collect updates on policies and qualitative and quantitative figures on key development issues (including global health, emergency response, etc., from publicly available sources on a regular basis to keep up to date with the evolving situation; synthesize this information to include in periodic updates.
      5. Contribute to periodic web-based reviews to determine the current state of ODA to health and other key sectors (US government, UK, Netherlands, the Global Fund for AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (Global Fund), the Vaccine Alliance (GAVI), World Health Organization and others) in light of the major cuts to donor funding, the elimination of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the creation of the new US Government Health Strategy, etc.
      6. Monitor press and social media (in English and in French) for local news pertinent to the impacts of assistance cuts.
      7. Research and contribute key information to support occasional briefs and case studies providing updates on: changes in governmental and non-governmental international assistance, the impact of changes in international assistance, specific programs and communities within TSA’s current operational areas that have been/are projected to be impacted by changes in international assistance, and periodic presentations to SAWSO and other stakeholders.
