1. To make Leaderships in all ramifications and areas all over the world accountable to the people
2. To work towards helping the people evaluate and identify peoples oriented leaders in their locality.
3. To help in making leaders from the less privileged by providing empowerment and support
4. To make the people the center focus of all Leadership decisions and policies.
5. To make the peoples votes count and respect their wishes and choices in selection of their leaders.
6. To educate the people on their rights and responsibility from those in leadership position.
