In Step With Horses supports positive mental health for adolescents and adults by connecting them to licensed mental health professionals, animals and nature. When talk therapy is not enough, we offer a range of experiential therapies to support our clients' goals. Many clients have experienced trauma, grief and the challenge of chronic mental illness. We support many areas of emotional health including PTSD, anxiety, depression, social isolation, interpersonal violence and substance use disorder through equine (horse) assisted and experiential therapy and activities.
