Glasswing International

Glasswing International’s mission is to address the root causes and consequences of violence and poverty through education and health programs that empower youth and communities, and strengthen public systems. We believe that every person has both the potential and the right to thrive, no matter what adversity they face.

Since Glasswing’s inception in 2007 as a local organization in El Salvador, we have directly impacted over 2.2 million lives, including over 396,000 participants in its education programs and more than 347,000 participants in its health and mental health programs. Glasswing has expanded to more than 12 countries, grown to over 600 employees, engaged 150,000 volunteers, mobilized almost $200M for programming, and partnered with hundreds of public institutions.
