MASILC is to insure provision of community-based, consumer controlled, cross disability services in compliance with requirements of the Title VII of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 and in accordance with the Independent Living Philosophy. MASILC maintains the State Plan which is a three year plan for the 11 Independent Living Centers in MA.
