Sobre Nós

The Family Information Network on Disabilities (FIND of Louisville) is a non-profit organization that provides free information, training, referral, and advocacy to parents and professionals working with children with disabilities and special needs. We serve families of children of ages birth to 26 years old and all disabilities (i.e., physical, cognitive, behavioral, and emotional).

The mission of FIND of Louisville is to reach as many parents and families of children with special needs as possible to empower them with the knowledge to successfully advocate for their children. As a result of FIND’s services to families and professionals, children and adults with disabilities will have the opportunity to live rich, active lives participating as full members of their schools and communities.

We provide training and information by holding workshops and responding to parents’ and service providers’ questions over the phone, by email, or in person.
