One Hit Away Foundation provides education and advocacy for brain healing and brain health from sports-related brain injuries such as a sub-concussive hit, recognized concussion or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
We believe that everyone should enjoy the many benefits of participating in sports while simultaneously being equipped to keep the brain healthy before, during and after participating in sports and recreational activities.
