The Arc of Essex County is a private non-proft agency serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families, who live in and around Essex County. The Arc of Essex County employs nearly 500 dedicated staff members who work with over 1300 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities each week. By combining compassion and competence in over 40 programs, our staff helps individuals from birth to their senior years live fuller, more independent lives.
