Project Porchlight is an initiative of One Change, a non-profit environmental organization dedicated to raising awareness about the simple steps people can take to benefit themselves and the environment – in this case by distributing free energy-efficient compact fluorescent lightbulbs (CFL bulbs) in the community. The campaigns to disribute these bulbs are volunteer-powered.
