Visiting Nurse Services-Meals on Wheels, Friendly Visitor Program

A caring Volunteer is matched with an elderly Meals-on-Wheels recipient and the pair arrange for regular visits at least once per week. Our friendly visiting program gives our clients a chance to connect with a warm listener, and provides New Yorkers with a meaningful way to give back to their communities. In most cases, long lasting and mutually rewarding relationships develop.
