The hospice program of the Visiting Nurse Association California seeks to provide exceptional care that is consistent with hospice philosophy to terminal patients and their families. An interdisciplinary team, comprised of specially trained hospice professionalc delivers care to patients wherever they call home. We strive to serve our patients, families, physicians, referral and payor sources as well as other healthcare providers.
