The institution Solidarity Hands, has the mission to allocate the properties of water, the source of life, natural resource, effective, sustainable way, used as a means of healing as therapeutic resources in the prevention and treatment of various diseases, for most vulnerable population, and complement public health in the area of physical rehabilitation, emphasizing the conscientization and the importance of preserving the quality and durability of water resources, water maintains the health and quality of life on earth and also supports any style of humanity's life indispensable way.

With purpose of providing assistance to all people with disabilities and their families, giving priority to disabled persons in socially vulnerable and low-income patients who can not afford to seek treatment in a center of specialized private rehabilitation; who require therapeutic treatments to address the limitations and difficulties arising from disability and simultaneously develop all the possibilities and potential. With primary focus on rehabilitation, qualification; raise awareness and ensure the implementation of their rights and the full exercise of people with disabilities; reduce inequalities and ensure the participation and inclusion in society, equality and opportunity; improve urban mobility and accessibility for people with disabilities and non-discrimination.
