Gahanna Community Congregational Church

Called GC3 for short, our church has called Gahanna home for over 80 years. We're located in the heart of the city, right across the street from Gahanna Lincoln High School. Our church is full of people committed to being a welcoming, supportive congregation, learning to extend inclusion to all in the community through our spirit of family. Our Congregational identity makes us a little unique in that we hold every local church is sufficient unto itself, but we do freely associate with other Congregational churches, and deeply value proactive ecumenical and community partnership of all kinds. This means our members are very involved in the polity and operations of the church, which breeds strong commitment to each other and our ministries. We are in a season of focusing especially on welcome and partnership, and working towards a generational transition - how to continue the legacy of our church by passing on important foundations while holding those values flexibly for more people to have their own stake in how our core identity will be continually, freshly expressed in worship, service, and fellowship.
