Nature for All

Nature for All is an environmental and social justice nonprofit organization. Our mission is to ensure that everyone in the Los Angeles area- especially diverse, underserved and park-poor communities- have equitable access to the wide range of benefits that nature provides. 

Through community engagement, policy and advocacy, projects, outings and environmental education, we are building support to protect and create access to our forests, rivers and parks; while creating a community base and develop the next generation of environmental leaders that will connect to, and protect public lands and open spaces with outdoor equity, community health and well-being in mind.

Nature For All advocates for policies and programs that will:

• Protect the mountains and rivers in our area, to conserve resources and be more climate-resilient.
• Create more natural spaces such as parks and bike paths in our historically underserved neighborhoods.
• Connect people to public lands through more trails and other outdoor recreational opportunities, to improve public health.
