A private, 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Neighborhood Housing Services of Baltimore, Inc. provides a broad range of community development services focused on the physical needs of targeted communities and the social needs of their residents. In the neighborhoods where we are invited to intervene, we encourage families to purchase and rehabilitate homes using innovative loan programs that make home ownership and maintenance more affordable.
