Founded in 2010, 12+ is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Philadelphia dedicated to helping low-income, high school students achieve college access and completion. 12+ aims to foster a college-going culture within the walls of each partnered high school by constructing a PLUS CENTER from which college access workshops, academic support, and one-on-one mentorships will emerge. Our hope is to equip students with the tools to succeed academically, socially, and professionally past 12th grade and beyond.
