To provide various outreach programs to benefit the residents of Bronx County and its environs; to address the socio-economic needs of the residents of the Northeastern Bronx area by providing:
1. Temporary/Permanent Employment and placement 2. Vocational Assessment, training and job development 3. Legal Services 4. Small Business Incubation 5. Spiritual/Emotional Counseling 6. Educational Resources - ESL, GED, Computer Technology Training
