Services are to include physical, psychological and spiritual care coordinated by dedicated professionals and volunteers committed to those individuals experiencing a life limiting illness. The Complete Hospice Care interdisciplinary staff is focused on efforts to ensure patients and their families receive the education, assistance and guidance necessary for them to contribute to and lead their individualized, personal plan of care.
