Join Silicon Valley HealthCorps! Silicon Valley HealthCorps is an AmeriCorps program managed by The Health Trust where members are placed at 13 community-based organizations in Silicon Valley. The goal of the program is to teach garden-based nutrition education to low-income youth and distribute fresh affordable produce to food-insecure families. There are many different full-time positions ranging from working on an urban farm to teaching in a school garden to community outreach.
