To enhance the comfort and improve the quality of life for persons with a life-limiting illness. The focus of care delivered by Hope Hospice staff and volunteers extends beyond physical care to encompass spiritual and emotional support for persons with a life-limiting illness and their loved ones.

Hope Hospice is a non-profit organization that provides care and services to families and patients with a life-limiting illness. Our team includes a Medical Director, Executive Director, Nurses, Social Worker, CNA's, Pastoral Care Coordinator, Community Liaison, Volunteer Coordinator and Volunteers who all work together to support, comfort and care for patients and their families. Hospice services can be provided in whatever setting you call home. This could be a private residence, nursing home, assisted living facility, personal care home or other retirement community. We help preserve dignity and assist the patient in maintaining the highest quality of life.
