News Decoder

News Decoder is a global educational news service for young people. Headquartered in Paris, France, our nonprofit works with youth and educators around the world to teach journalistic and media literacy skills that broaden young people’s knowledge of global issues and help them grow as global citizens.

Founded in 2015, News Decoder has academic partnerships with 23 schools in 17 countries. Our innovative educational services are designed to teach students how to think critically about global issues, challenge assumptions, separate fact from opinion, consider conflicting viewpoints, identify solutions and communicate clearly and impartially.
