The West Contra Costa Youth Service Bureau is a comprehensive family-centered agency that provides services to eligible and in-need children, youth and families in Contra Costa County. Based upon the Bureau’s philosophy that our client population is “asset laden” as opposed to “deficit burdened,” our approach is to promote the healthy development of our clients using our “Wraparound Process.”
