F.O.U.N.D

At F.O.U.N.D, we support individuals who share the experience of being "in pause"-a stage where progress feels uncertain and identity can feel invisible. Instead of defining people by labels or demographics, we meet them where they are and help them restore voice, dignity, and direction at their own pace. In today’s era of disruption, many step back from public life and feel unseen, yet few resources exist for those in this in-between space. F.O.U.N.D fills this gap by creating spaces for connection, growth, and renewal before individuals re-enter public roles.

Our programs include Connect & Belong (peer circles, cultural buddy systems, story-sharing gatherings, etc.), Learn & Grow (skill-sharing spaces, communication recovery workshops, etc.), Reflect & Renew (guided reflection, multilingual journaling, time rituals, etc.), and Move & Create (creative labs, goal-setting, public storytelling, etc.). Through these offerings, we help people reconnect with themselves and others while moving forward in authentic and meaningful ways.
