The Pines

Located on the shore at Ocean Park, Maine, just 12 miles south of Portland, “The Pines” consists of Oceanview Manor, Inc. with 60 garden style apartments and Pinewood Manor, with 50 apartments. We provide affordable housing for people over 62 or for people under 62 with disabilities and related services. Because we consider The Pines a way of life more than just a place to live, we enable a variety of programs, activities and services that make living at The Pines a growing experience with options for creative leisure and education. The Pines staff consists of the Executive Director, Administrative Coordinator, HUD Coordinator, Resident Services Coordinator, Facilities Manager, Maintenance Staff and various volunteers!
