We offer more than 125 authentic Hatha Yoga classes weekly, at all levels, including Prenatal/Postpartum, H.I.V., and Gentle. Our Teacher Training program is one of the most renowned in the world. Hundreds of practical programs for growth and inspiration feature the application of Yoga to many aspects of life and to a variety of chronic and life-threatening health conditions. Yoga At Work® and Yoga At School™ extend the benefits of Integral Yoga into the greater community.
