COFFEE WITH A CAUSE

During our internship program, interns receive soft skills training as well as hard skills training and hands-on experience in various trades through partnerships with local businesses, such as coffee shops, retail outlets, or landscaping firms.

Upon completion of the three-month internship, participants are matched with a volunteer mentor who works with them for 12 months to secure and maintain meaningful employment as the youths navigate towards independence.

Coffee With A Cause is primarily funded by Rosebud Coffee, a social enterprise cafe that is wholly owned by the organization.

Did you know that coffee served at Rosebud has helped:

• Over 70 Transitional Age Youth receive job training and hands-on work experience.
• 100% of the participants, who finished the program and were ready for employment, secured a job within 3 months.
