Pro Seniors Legal Hotline provides legal advice and information for seniors and their caregivers to empower them, protect their interests and help seniors access resources, that they might maintain their independence.

The ombudsman department helps nursing home residents by educating them on their rights, by investigating and resolving basic complaints and by providing follow-up on complaints to ensure that a resolution has been implemented.

Senior Medicare Patrol volunteers throughout the state help Medicare beneficiaries detect, report and protect themselves from Medicare fraud and other crimes that target older adults.
