Concordia Learning Center at St. Joseph’s School for the Blind was founded in 1891 by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace to provide educational services to persons with visual impairments. The School has prospered and now provides educational, therapeutic and residential services to children with special needs from birth to age 21. Over the last 120 years, the School has provided thousands of children the services necessary to promote their independence and success.
