Our goal is to put the UNITED back into the States, and give the power back to American citizens through the Independent Party. Honesty, integrity, and the rule of Law are foundational ideas.

Doc Chai for Congress is an Independent candidate with the goals of Freedom, Unity, Tolerance, Science Literacy, and a Green Future. She is dedicated to education, mental health, and reaching across divides to end the conflicts that are tearing our nation apart. The 50% of registered American voters who do not identify as either Republican or Democrat are disenfranchised. The Independent party welcomes "the rest of the people." It is not possible (and not even desirable) for everyone to agree on all of today's issues. And that is okay. We must learn to tolerate difference as we work together for the greater good of EVERY American. Even people we disagree with.
